| The Solaris is a new hotel according to the standards of the Cycladic architecture. It is located a little far away from Chora (200m) in the site of "Themonies". As it is has been built on a hill, it offers a unique and exquisite view of the sea, Chora , Palaiocastro with Panagia, Ano Meria and surrounding islands. The complex consists of 11 rooms, each one decorated with its own touch and style. The traditional structure of the building in combination with the modern way of life offers the ideal environment for an escape to one of the last destinations of an unprofitable shipping line, off the beaten track. The Aegean open sea environment tightly interconnected with the meaning of the Greek hospitality and the absolute carefree carries the contemporary voyager to a dreamy voyage which will bring to light the memories and authenticity of the past. The Solaris manages to create this magic and unforgetable voyage. Location Folegandros is the island of good measure. The mild tourism development of the last two decades has allowed the island to preserve the full extent of its character and physiognomy.
